Taking a systematic approach to satisfying our Client's needs, which is based on RUP methodology, we offer the following engagement model to all our clients: 

• We allocate one or more dedicated team member(s) to your project to fulfill the role(s) that you would like to outsource in accordance to RUP role model. This will become a dedicated team of professionals who will learn your business and become a part of your team.
• We ensure that all staff assigned to your team will report directly to you or your project manager and follow your directives and timelines.
• We provide all hardware, major software licensing and all office infrastructures. If your project requires some specific rare software package or unique hardware equipment we could either procure it on your behalf or will ask you to supply it.
• Quite often we work remotely directly on our clients' computers via VPN channels, often utilizing client's own environments, their version control, time tracking and issue tracking systems, which provides our clients with even greater visibility and control.
• We guarantee seamless collaboration between offshore office and client project staff through live chat / email / voice / video and Canadian based managerial level contact to handle all issues throughout the relationship and insure success of all projects.
• We guarantee that all conceived and developed IP becomes and remains the sole property of our Clients. We do all we can to ensure our Client's IP rights and business security and we are ready to enter into any necessary contractual agreements with our Clients.
• Compliance with RUP model requires for certain roles to be "in house". i.e. on client's site. This means that for all our projects the Project Management, User Acceptance Testing and Deployment shall be conducted by our client's own personnel. For obvious reasons these roles can't be outsourced - we expect that these individuals will be contracted by our client independently.

We can provide any mix of the following roles: 

Development Team Lead/ Managing Analyst/Offshore Project Manager - a dedicated offshore team person/manager who will be a single point of contact with your offshore team who would be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements and/or managing offshore team task assignments by constant communication with our customer's representative/liaison  and by documenting requirements/statuses/assignments as/when needed. This person would normally manage task assignments and arrange work as and when required. Our standard rate for this type of resource is $5, 500 per month. 

Senior Developer - a dedicated offshore programmer who will create a solution by doing design of software architecture, key technical decisions that constrain the overall design and implementation for the project, code implementation, unit tests and integration of components. Our standard rate for this type of resource is $4, 000 per month. 

Developer - a dedicated offshore programmer who will create a solution (or part of it) by doing code implementation, unit tests and integration of components. Our standard rate for this type of resource is $3, 500 per month. 

QA Engineer - a dedicated offshore person who will be responsible for testing the system from a larger perspective than the developer does, making sure the system works as defined and is accepted by the customer. Our standard rate for this type of resource is $3, 500 per month.
